There are mainly three aspects, family, society and school, to form the environment. Their future depends on the environment formed by these three aspects. They learn speaking, eating, sitting, walking and behavior at home. They achieve the effect of socio-cultural lifestyle from the society and adjust themselves in it. Then, the education they have received from school opens the door for their sole and whole development. Especially, their chief personality is built by the education they obtain. So, it is the responsibility of all the concerned authorities to build the suitable environment at home and society being alert in required epochal education widening the way to make them capable people.
